Accounting Specialist

This role involves processing daily AP/AR invoices and billing, completing bi-monthly check runs, and managing utility and employee expenses. The position requires communicating with management, customers, and the sales team regarding billing issues and assisting the Service Department with invoicing. Additional duties include completing credit memo logs, conducting weekly shipment audits, and handling other assigned tasks.
