Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist supports the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of financial records for Microflex Technologies, Inc. This role performs a variety of accounting support duties, including transaction recording, vendor payment support, customer billing support, account reconciliation, financial reporting assistance, and backup support for accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. This position is operational in nature and is expected to maintain a regular on-site presence at the Orange, CA and Anaheim, CA locations. The Accounting Specialist serves as a trusted finance support partner to the US Group Controller and broader Finance team while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company accounting practices.
