This role supports the Portfolio Controller in maintaining the integrity of financial information for a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with GAAP, company policy, and contractual arrangements. The position involves performing month-end close activities, preparing journal entries, conducting variance analysis, and managing balance sheet reconciliations. The incumbent will collaborate with Property Management teams to review financial results, update forecasts, and support the annual operating expense true-up process.
