Accounts Associate

The Accounts Associate prepares the full spectrum of vendor and client invoice processing and accounting functions, working within either the Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable teams. This role involves preparing and rendering invoices, reconciling financial reports, processing vendor bills, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and client requirements. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
