Accounts Payable Administrator

Under the direction of the Controller, the Accounts Payable Administrator manages subcontractor and vendor records, processes W-9 documentation, and handles preliminary notices and bonds. The role involves processing subcontractor billings, disbursements via Textura and paper checks, and managing accounts payable tasks such as invoice review and GL coding. This position requires strong organizational skills and experience in construction project accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.
