About this role

This role supports the local Treasury team within the Accounts Payable function by processing expenditures, managing invoice data, and initiating various payment methods. The position requires ensuring accurate vendor payments, resolving banking transaction issues, and complying with Treasury control policies while assisting the AP Manager.

Responsibilities

Process and verify invoice data within Workday
Initiate payments via wire, ACH, and check
Monitor and resolve accounts payable mailbox requests
Investigate and correct erroneous banking transactions
