Accounts Payable Assistant

The Accounts Payable Assistant will support the finance team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, handling high‑volume invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment runs and general office administration for multiple event spaces and restaurants. Reporting to the Accounting & Payroll Manager, the role involves working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate cost centre allocation, GST coding and timely payments.
