Accounts Payable Associate

The Accounts Payable Associate supports invoice processing, including checking, coding, matching, and handling non-PO invoices in compliance with delegated authority. The role involves reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, reviewing payment runs, and maintaining accurate financial data to assist with month-end close. It also requires handling routine internal and external queries and completing ad-hoc tasks assigned by leadership.
