Accounts Payable Clerk

This role is responsible for managing the accounts payable process, including obtaining invoice approvals, auditing, coding, and entering transactions in QuickBooks. The position requires prioritizing payments to maximize cash discounts, processing check requests, and maintaining accurate vendor records and documentation. The ideal candidate will strengthen vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and assist with period and year-end closings.
