Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk serves as the operational backbone of the finance team, supporting the Director of Finance and Controller with invoice processing, payment cycles, and vendor account reconciliation. This role ensures accurate financial record keeping for the property while maintaining organized AP records and supporting the month-end close process. The position also involves responding to vendor inquiries and assisting with 1099 preparation and general cashiering duties.
