Accounts Payable Clerk

This role is responsible for accurately processing accounts payable by receiving, verifying, and timely paying invoices while maintaining vendor files and records. The position involves processing refunds, 1099s, and unclaimed property, as well as ensuring the accuracy of check printing and distribution. The incumbent will also maintain monthly invoice allocation spreadsheets and support department managers with expense coding and approvals.
