Accounts Payable Coordinator III

This role processes payments and invoices by receiving, verifying, and reconciling data in E1, while initiating and approving ACH and wire transfers. The position is responsible for creating month-end accruals, resolving invoice discrepancies, and providing guidance on Accounts Payable best practices to suppliers and internal departments. It supports high-volume payment processing for multiple divisions and locations.
