Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for issuing payments to vendors and processing employee reimbursements via check, ACH, or wire transfer. The role ensures accurate nominal coding and posting to the Accounts Payable system while coordinating the receipt, approval, and processing of vendor invoices and expense reports. Additionally, the position involves preparing tax reports, journal entries, and reconciling general ledger accounts to support monthly close processes.
