Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Accounts Payable Coordinator supports accurate and timely invoice, payment, and travel and expense processing by completing defined transactions, validating documentation and approvals, maintaining records, and identifying discrepancies for review. This entry-level role develops working knowledge of accounts payable operations, controls, systems, and compliance while partnering with suppliers, employees, Accounting, and internal approvers. The position works within established procedures and under the guidance of experienced accounts payable team members, protects confidential payment information, and escalates exceptions or nonroutine matters.
