Accounts Payable Representative

The Accounts Payable Representative is an integral team member of the company-wide shared services Accounts Payable process, responsible for following effective internal controls and ensuring data integrity of financial information. This role involves processing various payment requests, handling wire settlements, managing check distribution, and assisting with compliance-related tasks such as CRA-Donations/Sponsorships review and 1099 processing. The position also serves as a backup for supplier creation, daily settlement processes, and AP email box management.
