Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/x)

The Accounts Payable Specialist at Eye Security is responsible for managing the complete accounts payable process, including processing supplier invoices, vendor setup, and employee reimbursements, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. Reporting to the VP Finance, the role involves reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and acting as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries. The Specialist will also assist with month-end closing activities and collaborate with internal teams to improve AP workflows while supporting audits with necessary documentation.
