About this role

The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the company's accounts payable and employee expense reimbursement programs while assisting with daily cash accounting and reporting for various accounts. This role acts as administrative backup to the Treasury team, maintaining files, preparing bank paperwork, and supporting internal control objectives. The position interacts with internal stakeholders, vendors, third-party administrators, and bankers and contributes to process improvements and special projects. Work is performed with close supervision and review for accuracy.
