About this role

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for accurately processing vendor invoices, payments, and related accounting activities while collaborating with procurement, finance, and cross‑functional teams to maintain strong internal controls and support month‑end and year‑end close processes. The role also involves vendor onboarding, expense report auditing, and occasional payroll and expense report processing support.
