The role supports high‑volume invoice processing and payment execution for both inventory and marketing spend, ensuring accurate three‑way matching, vendor management, and month‑end close activities. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the specialist works across Bill.com, Rho, NetSuite, and various vendor portals to maintain a clean AP subledger and provide reliable spend data.
