Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist at Pine Rest is responsible for the timely and accurate processing and payment of supplier invoices, travel advances, petty cash reimbursements, and staff claims. This role supports the finance team by managing monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts, filing 1099s, and handling other related duties. The position requires handling a high volume of transactions with speed and accuracy while providing excellent customer service.
