Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payables while providing backup to the Senior Accounting Specialist with general balancing needs of credit union accounts. This role involves daily balancing of corporate checks, money orders, and share drafts, as well as processing ATM and card balancing procedures. The position also requires handling incoming and outgoing wires, tracking corporate VISA billing, and generating reports as requested by management.
