Accounts Payable Specialist

This role manages all phases of the accounts payable function, including vendor file maintenance, invoice and payment processing, and records management. The specialist communicates with vendors and internal teams to resolve AP issues and ensures timely, accurate bill payments. The position involves reconciling payments, maintaining historical data, and supporting audit and tax preparation efforts.
