Accounts Payable Specialist

This role is responsible for processing and reconciling the organization's accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely validation and routing of invoices through the system. The position involves maintaining relationships with stakeholders, managing electronic invoice workflows, and preparing various financial reports including 1099s and sales tax filings. The specialist also handles vendor inquiries, coordinates escheat processes, and assists in maintaining standard operating procedures and purchasing card programs.
