Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the City's accounting operations by reviewing, verifying, and processing vendor invoices and payments in accordance with established procedures and internal controls. This role maintains accurate accounts payable records, coordinates with City departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies, and administers designated credit card and utility account records. The position also supports audit and reporting requirements and assists with other accounting functions.
