Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for balancing and recording daily deposits for all revenue facilities and recreation programs, preparing and maintaining cash bags and petty cash, and training part-time cashiers. The role involves posting financial transactions, conducting inventory counts, and assisting with the annual audit. This position reports to the Accounting Manager and requires proficiency in cash handling and Microsoft Office Suite.
