Accounts Payable Specialist

Headlands Research is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full accounts payable process for a rapidly growing clinical trial site network. This fully remote role involves processing vendor invoices, handling electronic payments, managing vendor onboarding, and serving as a subject matter expert for the company's expense management platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial operations and support the organization's expansion across the U.S. and Canada.
