Accounts Payable Supervisor

The Accounts Payable Supervisor leads the AP Expense and AP Merchandise team, overseeing daily invoice and payment operations in Oracle, managing the P-Card program, and serving as the point person for 1099s and unclaimed property. This role involves supervising the team, reviewing journal entries and reconciliations, and ensuring accurate supplier setups and payment controls. The position requires strong reconciliation skills, experience with Oracle, and knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, and SOX controls.
