Accounts Payable

This role is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely vetting and processing of all invoices received for payment, as well as undertaking the payment of all creditors. The position involves managing shared accounts payable mailboxes, handling approval workflows, and processing various types of invoices including NPO, PO, and third-party accounts. Additionally, the role requires preparing and reconciling payment runs, vendor age analyses, and business expense claims while ensuring compliance with authorization protocols.
