Altus Spine is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP and AR activities, support month‑end close, and ensure financial accuracy in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role involves processing invoices, payments, reconciliations, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve accounting processes and support operational initiatives.
