Accounts Receivable Associate

The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for the daily application of cash received, research to support cash application, entry of invoices into the payable system, and weekly cash disbursements. This role also assists with the collections process, including making collection calls to customers with unpaid balances and releasing orders on hold for daily shipments. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel to manage accounts receivable reports and resolve payment discrepancies.
