Accounts Receivable Coordinator

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for compiling and billing group, individual, and member accounts at the direction of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and/or Accounting Manager. The role ensures timely and accurate billing and reconciliation, maintaining a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions. This position involves handling billing inquiries, reconciling guest folios, and managing chargebacks and credit card disputes. The coordinator also prepares final invoices, posts payments, and balances daily charges to support the accounting department.
