Accounts Receivable Coordinator

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator supports the firm's accounts receivable operations by assisting with the daily receipt, processing, and posting of client payments, as well as supporting the collection of aged receivables. This entry-level position involves on-the-job training and requires a detail-oriented, organized individual comfortable communicating with internal staff and clients. The role includes tasks such as matching payments, resolving unidentified transactions, and preparing aging reports for attorney review.
