Accounts Receivable Manager, RCM

The Accounts Receivable Manager, RCM oversees collections for all payers within the business unit, coordinating processes with operations, clinical, compliance, and authorization teams. This role involves managing the collections team, analyzing AR functions to maximize workflow, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations. The position reports to the Senior Manager, RCM and is responsible for maintaining accurate aging reports and driving revenue efficiency.
