This role supports a high-growth client by initially auditing medical claims and EOBs for errors before or after submission. Upon project completion, the position transitions to a traditional Accounts Receivable Representative role focused on overturning denied or underpaid claims through phone calls and written appeals to insurance companies. The position offers exposure to national payers, multiple systems, and collaboration with team members and leadership.
