Accounts Receivable Representative

The Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for collecting payments from assigned payers and ensuring all billing protocols and guidelines are met. The role involves following up on denied claims, researching and correcting rejections and aged receivables, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This position also serves as a customer service representative for patient inquiries and collaborates with insurance carriers.
