Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages and collects outstanding receivables from the existing client base while addressing customer billing issues and minimizing delinquent accounts. This role involves conducting professional collection calls, monitoring assigned accounts, and resolving client billing issues to ensure excellent customer service. The position reports directly to the Collections Supervisor and requires strong communication and analytical abilities.
