Accounts Receivable Specialist

This role focuses on managing assigned customer accounts, ensuring accurate balances, credits, and open issues while applying cash receipts and resolving unapplied cash promptly. The position involves managing collection activities, monitoring customer credit limits, and researching deductions or payment discrepancies to coordinate resolutions. Additionally, the specialist partners with Sales and Invoice Processing to provide account health updates, complete month-end close activities, and track key AR metrics to implement process improvements.
