Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a part-time, in-office role responsible for maintaining accuracy in accounts receivable operations, processing incoming payments, and ensuring revenue is secured through receipt verification. The position involves creating customer invoices, applying payments to accounts, and managing the collections process for delinquent accounts. Additional duties include assisting with month-end close, reconciling cash deposits, and serving as a liaison for student transportation and dining vendor billing.
