Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for compiling and maintaining accounts receivable records, processing invoices, and applying appropriate sales tax rates. This role serves as an auditor to ensure invoice accuracy and proper accounting procedures while managing customer account reconciliations and resolving tax notices. The position also involves assisting with monthly closing and serving as a backup for Accounts Payable.
