The Accounts Receivable Specialist serves as the dedicated point of contact for ECHO's largest customer, managing the full receivables cycle from cash application to deduction resolution. This role ensures accurate and timely cash application while reducing outstanding receivables through expert management of complex remittance and deduction workflows. The position involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to resolve disputes and improve processes.
