Accounts Receivable Supervisor

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor leads the North America AR function, overseeing credit, collections, cash application, dispute management, and account reconciliation while ensuring compliance with internal controls and revenue recognition standards. The role partners with Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Sales, and executive leadership to improve working capital, reduce aging receivables, and enhance the customer experience. It also drives continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize the order‑to‑cash cycle.
