Accounts Receivable Supervisor

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor leads and manages the collections function and dispute resolution, overseeing a team to ensure delivery against KPIs and SLAs while maintaining a strong internal control framework. The role involves driving collections strategies to reduce DSO, improve cash flow, and maximize payment recovery while maintaining positive client relationships. This position requires strong expertise in AR, OTC, and collections, along with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead multi-shift operations.
