The Accreditation Specialist ensures the organization maintains a constant state of service readiness and compliance with regulatory bodies such as CMS, The Joint Commission, and the Ohio Department of Health. This role involves coordinating compliance efforts, conducting gap analyses, and managing accreditation databases to support ongoing survey readiness. The position also includes providing expert guidance on standards, facilitating training, and collaborating with leadership to implement corrective action plans.
