Acquisition Lead

The Acquisition Lead will scale existing paid channels such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, launch new acquisition channels, and run structured experimentation across paid, owned, and partner channels to grow Credit Compass users. Working closely with product, data, and retention teams, they will define customer segments, optimize messaging, and build a repeatable growth engine to expand the user base from 10,000 to 100,000 within a year.
