ACT Team Lead

The ACT Team Lead provides clinical leadership, operational oversight, and direct supervision to a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment team serving young adults with severe and persistent mental illness. This role ensures fidelity to the ACT model while supporting staff development, coordinating community-based services, and delivering direct client care through a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approach. The position involves leading team meetings, case consultations, and interdisciplinary treatment planning while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
