Acting Team Leader

This role involves providing enhanced, person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism, and challenging behaviours at a specialist residential service. The Acting Team Leader will guide the team, assist with medical and welfare needs, and support the day-to-day running of the service. The position requires a confident and experienced Support Worker ready to step up to a leadership challenge while making a positive difference in the lives of service users.
