About this role

A Senior Active Directory Support Engineer at Continental is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise-level directory services, ensuring security, stability, and efficiency of Microsoft Entra ID, and collaborating with IT teams to support business operations.

Responsibilities

Operation and troubleshooting of Active Directory in a MS TIER-Model
Troubleshooting and resolving complex AD-related issues in collaboration with IT teams
Operating and enhancing Microsoft Entra ID including Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, PIM, and Access Reviews
Managing and optimizing hybrid identity services for secure synchronization of identity objects
Operating and improving identity governance processes such as lifecycle workflows, entitlement management, and role-based administration

Skills

Qualifications

Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Entra ID in an enterprise environmentExperience in AD service administration in a multi-domain forestExperience with hybrid identity solutions (AAD Connect or Cloud Sync)Relevant certifications such as SC-300, SC-100, MS-102, AZ-104
