Active Treatment Specialist

Saint Joe's is seeking a compassionate and organized Active Treatment Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of person-centered programs for residents with developmental and physical disabilities. This role works closely with QIDPs, therapists, nursing staff, DSPs, and other team members to ensure resident goals are effectively implemented and documented. The position involves training and coaching team members, monitoring goal documentation, and collaborating with various professionals to support resident programming and therapeutic activities.
