Activities Co-Ordinator

The Activities Co-Ordinator leads and encourages residents, including those with dementia, to participate in meaningful activities while maintaining their independence, choice, and dignity. The role involves creating a stimulating and varied programme of leisure activities and social events both inside and outside the home. The position requires working with residents to understand their preferences and needs to develop and evaluate individual Social Care Plans.
