Activities Coordinator I

Immanuel Pathways PACE is seeking an Activities Coordinator I to implement recreational therapy programs and activities for older adults with diverse physical, cognitive, social, and emotional needs. The role involves completing participant assessments, developing care plan documentation, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of life for residents. Candidates will assist in planning, developing, and marketing events and programs under the clinical supervision of a Certified Recreational Therapist.
